The studio
A building and a platform are both frameworks for human activity. We resolve them the same way: form and function, material and logic, shaped toward one intent.
Miloko works across architecture and software because the most useful ideas rarely respect disciplinary borders. We start with what people need to do, then find the clearest form for it.
The name joins milieu—the surrounding—with locus—the place. It is our reminder that every detail belongs to a larger environment.

One continuous roofline becomes wall, ceiling, and light well for a passively cooled residence.
A scheduling engine that resolves conflicting resources across distributed teams and four time zones.
A cultural hub whose booking platform drives the waterfront building’s responsive lighting grid.
A modular housing system and parametric design tool generated from the same structural rules.
